At Murphy Door®, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our hidden door solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders and installed units are non-returnable due to their unique specifications.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Carefully repackage your items in the original crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fee deductions.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

    Affix the provided return labels to the exterior of the package and coordinate with the freight carrier for a scheduled pickup of your hidden door system.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return for damages or signs of installation, your refund will be processed to the original payment method minus applicable shipping costs.
